I’m Lavender! A multi-hyphenate creator located in Detroit with background in live arts, creative direction, and administration. I focus in writing and direction. I am currently developing my practice in music making to accompany dance and movement work I am devising. I like to learn new things and allow my creative practices to grow and transform.

I am a creative research award winner, performance and experience crafter, and storyteller with an emphasis in DIY culture and programming. I am the Executive Artistic Director of my organization, Lavender Live Arts
